Running the region · Admins, Attendees
Legal policies and consent
Each region publishes its own policies. Owners start from the network’s templates with the region’s details filled in, edit them in place and publish. Required policies are agreed at sign-up, and the version each person accepted is recorded.
What you can do
Terms, privacy and cookie policies per region, from network templates. Sign-up asks for consent and records it.
- Adopt terms, privacy and cookie templates with your region’s name and contact filled in
- Edit policies in a page editor and publish new versions
- Mark policies as required, so sign-up asks people to agree
- Record which version each person accepted
- Review network template updates before taking them
- Ask visitors before counting their visits, and never inside a feed on another site
