Event Stack

Business networking,
region by region.

The system powering regional business-event platforms. A calendar, map and directory for the people looking for a room; listings, bookings, tickets and check-in for the people running it; rooms and hire for the venues; and a back office for the team behind each region.

What it is

A whole platform for each region, on one system.

Business events are local. The breakfast in the hotel by the station, the monthly meet-up above the café, the county business show. People look for them by town, and organisers and venues want them seen by the people nearby.

Business Event Stack is what those regional platforms run on. Each region has its own name, colours, domain and team; underneath, they share the same tools, so an improvement made once reaches every region. One account works across all of them.

How it goes on your site

Powered by Business Event Stack

hampshire.events is a whole region, run on the system.

hampshire.events has its own name, colours and design. Underneath, Business Event Stack does the work: every event, venue and organiser on it is added once in Studio and shows up on the site by itself. No second system, no copying listings across by hand.

  • A search bar

On the homepage, searching the region’s events, venues and organisers with suggestions as you type.

  • Map beside the list

The What’s on page: move the map and the list follows.

  • A page for everything

Every venue, organiser, town and event has its own page, with the full arrival detail, kept in step with Studio.

  • Booking stays in the app

People who land on the app’s public pages are sent to the same page on the site. Bookings, tickets and waitlists stay in the app.
