Finding the door

Reception desk on the ground floor (cash office is on the ground floor). Council office hours are 8.45am-5.15pm weekdays (one council page says Friday closes 4.45pm); the 07:45 breakfast is outside normal hours - follow the organiser's instructions. Room not stated on the booking page.
