Test Valley Borough Council's community hall in central Romsey, next to the bus station, hired by the hour. The Main Hall takes 250 theatre style (120 café style, 64 boardroom) with a stage, projection screen and sound system, the Annexe 60, and the Nightingale Room is a fixed 12-seat boardroom, so it suits business expos, networking meetings, talks and small board meetings on a budget. Shared kitchen; council car park alongside.

Crosfield Hall council car park is medium stay: the Broadwater Road side is limited to 2 hours, the south part allows all day. Charges 8.30am–4pm Mon–Sat (£1 for 2 hours up to £5.90 all day); free after 4pm, all day Sunday and overnight. Pay by card, contactless, coins or RingGo. Blue Badge holders park free all day where all-day parking is allowed and for up to 3 hours in short-stay car parks. The Aldi car park next door is private.

Romsey bus station is just across the car park, and Romsey railway station is about 10 minutes' walk. Coaches can drop off on the access road to Broadwater Road car park; coach parking at Romsey Rapids.
