An independent Georgian hotel on Fareham's old High Street with four first-floor conference rooms. The Hampshire Room takes up to 95 theatre-style or 28 boardroom; the Fareham, Dover and Bristol rooms suit smaller meetings of 8-32. It sells 8-hour and 24-hour delegate packages (minimum 16 in the Hampshire Room, 6 in the others), with free parking for around 35 cars.

Finding the door

All conference suites are on the first floor, reached by a passenger lift, with their own cloakrooms. Evening room hire available per hour from 19:00. Rooms come with screen, whiteboard and stationery; AV can be supplied.

Inside

Access: Passenger lift to the first-floor conference suites; the Hampshire Room has a wheelchair-accessible platform lift. Four steps down into the Dover Room and the first-floor cloakrooms, so these are unsuitable for wheelchair users. An accessible cloakroom is on the ground floor.

Food and drink

Richmond Restaurant. Delegate package includes welcome, morning and afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits, cordials and iced water, and a finger buffet or three-course set lunch.
