Ten meeting rooms. The largest is 504 m², seating up to 500 theatre-style or 400 for a banquet; the hotel says its event spaces take up to 450 guests.

About a 3-minute walk (400m) from Southampton Central station. Buses stop on Western Esplanade and at the station stops, 4–6 minutes away. Close to the cruise terminals and WestQuay.
