For NetWorkOut, meet at 11:45 ready to start training at 12:00. Bring comfortable clothes, trainers, a water bottle and business cards; tell the coach about any injury on arrival. Afterwards guests shower in the marina facilities and walk to the Gaff Rigger for lunch. Open to non-members.
