Havant Borough Council's main offices on Civic Centre Road, shared with other public services including Hampshire's Havant register office. It is a few minutes' walk north of Havant station. Council advice: use the pay and display Horizon Leisure Centre car park across the road (free after 6pm). Spaces directly outside the Plaza are for visits under 45 minutes. Blue Badge parking is on site (per Hampshire CC register office page). Horizon says stays can be paid via the RingGo app or the machine.

The council says Havant railway station is about a five-minute walk and Havant bus station about ten minutes. Bus stops outside Havant Leisure Centre are across the road.
