Rushmoor Borough Council hires out five meeting rooms at its Farnborough offices, from a 10-seat boardroom (£10 an hour) to the Concorde Room for up to 60 theatre-style (£35 an hour), which is set up for hybrid Teams meetings. All rooms include guest wifi and flip charts; refreshments are £1 a head and lunches can be arranged.
