About Welborne Garden Village

The developer runs a Welcome Centre on Dashwood Avenue, and the site hosts professional site visits, such as CIOB's tour of how the village was planned and is being built. The booking page gives only Knowle Road, PO17 5NA, with doors at 2:15pm. The developer's Welborne Welcome Centre is at 71 Dashwood Avenue, PO17 4AA, about 350 m east of the pin; check with CIOB which you should head for.
