Import from a link or a spreadsheet
If your events are already written up somewhere, there is no need to type them again. Paste a link to an event page and the form fills itself in, or upload a spreadsheet and check every row before anything is added.
What you can do
Paste a link to an event page to fill in the form, or upload a spreadsheet of events with a preview first.
- Paste a link, such as an Eventbrite page, to fill in the event form
- Upload a spreadsheet of events using the downloadable template
- Check a preview with any problems shown row by row
- Re-run the same file safely: dates already listed are skipped
- Read times as UK time, through the clock changes
- Mark rows with a ticket link as booked on another site
