Event listings and repeating series
Listing an event takes one form in Studio. A regular breakfast or monthly meet-up is listed once as a series, and every date appears on the calendar, map and feeds.
What you can do
List a one-off event or a whole series: weekly, fortnightly or monthly, up to 52 dates in one go.
- List a one-off event, or repeat it weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- Repeat monthly on the same weekday or the same date, up to 52 dates
- Pick a venue from the list, or add a new one as you go
- Mark an event as online, and show it in every region if you like
- Add a picture, a category, a price and a capacity
- Send it for approval, then see it go live in the right region

MoreImport from a link or a spreadsheet
Paste a link to an event page to fill in the form, or upload a spreadsheet of events with a preview first.
MoreModeration
New listings from organisers wait for approval before they go live. Organisers hear the decision either way.
MoreBookings and waitlists
Set a capacity and bookings fill it. When it is full, a waitlist takes over and promotes people on its own.
