QR passes and check-in
On the day, the door is run from a phone. Every confirmed booking has a QR pass that cannot be guessed or copied, and the check-in desk shows who has arrived as it happens.
What you can do
Every booking carries a QR pass. Scan it with a phone, or search the list and tap, and watch the live count.
- Scan passes with a phone camera and get a clear colour-coded answer
- Spot passes for the wrong event, unpaid places or people already in
- Search the list and tap to check someone in, or undo a mistake
- Add walk-ins on the door by their email address
- Watch the arrived, expected, still to come and waitlist counts live
- Let the venue’s team run the door for events at their venue
