Changes and cancellations
Plans change. When you move an event’s time or cancel a date, the people who booked hear about it straight away, and the money is looked after properly.
What you can do
Move an event or cancel it and everyone holding a place is emailed and notified. Paid places are refunded first.
- Move an event’s time and tell everyone holding a place
- Cancel a date and email and notify everyone booked on it
- Stop a date with paid tickets being deleted until they are refunded
- Remove an attendee, with a paid ticket refunded in full first
- Show “This event has finished” once it is over, with a link to what is next
