Ticketing and payments
Paid tickets are sold through Stripe Connect on your own Stripe account, so you are the merchant and the money is yours. Card details are handled on Stripe’s own checkout page, and refunds are issued from your attendee list.
What you can do
Sell tickets through Stripe. You are the merchant, the money goes to your own account and refunds start from Studio.
- Connect your own Stripe account from Studio
- Add ticket types, each with its own price and number of places
- Hold a place while someone pays, so nobody is charged for a sold-out event
- Refund in full or in part from the attendee list
- Show a region’s fee to the buyer, or absorb it, as the region decides
- Send the same confirmation and QR pass as any booking

Bookings and waitlists
Set a capacity and bookings fill it. When it is full, a waitlist takes over and promotes people on its own.
MoreApproval-required events
Keep an event visible but ask people to request a place. Approve with a place or a ticket to pay for, or decline politely.
MoreMemberships and fees
A region decides who pays, if anyone: memberships, a fee on tickets and hire, paid feeds, or none of it.
MoreReports and exports
Bookings, check-ins, revenue and views for each event and over time, plus your attendee list and events as spreadsheets.

We can walk you through it in Studio and show how it would work for your region. Which features are on, and who pays for what if anyone, is set for each region.
