Emails in your own words
Every booking and request sends an email, and each one can sound like you. Rewrite the wording once and it is used for all your events, while the pass link and the honest approval wording stay in place.
What you can do
Booking and request emails go out in the region’s branding, and you can reword them in your own voice.
- Reword six emails: booking confirmed, waitlisted, request received, approved, approved to pay and declined
- Drop in the person’s name, the event, date, venue, town, ticket, price and reference
- Reset any email back to the standard wording
- Send in the region’s colours, with times in UK time
- Include the QR pass and a calendar file where they belong

MoreTemplates and duplicating
Save an event as a template and start the next edition from it, or duplicate any event in one click.
