Hire schedule and paid hire
Once you confirm a hire it joins your bookings schedule and your Studio calendar, next to the events held at your venue. The schedule warns you about clashes, and a confirmed hire can carry a price that is paid online to your own Stripe account.
What you can do
Confirmed hires become your schedule, which flags clashes and block-outs. Hire can be paid online to your account.
- See confirmed hires as a schedule, upcoming or past
- Get a warning when two hires clash for the same room and time
- See a warning when a hire falls in a time you marked unavailable
- Add a price when you confirm, suggested from the room’s hourly rate
- Let the hirer pay from their email, with or without an account
- Refund a paid hire in full by cancelling it
