Memberships and fees
How a region pays its way is its own choice. It can charge organisers, venues or guests a membership on its own Stripe account, add a fee to paid tickets and room hire, charge for website feeds, or do none of these.
What you can do
A region decides who pays, if anyone: memberships, a fee on tickets and hire, paid feeds, or none of it.
- Choose whether organisers, venues or guests need a membership
- Create membership plans for each group on the region’s own Stripe account
- Let members join, change or cancel from Studio
- Set a fee on paid tickets and on room hire, paid by the buyer or absorbed
- Decide who can build website feeds and whether they are charged

MoreHire schedule and paid hire
Confirmed hires become your schedule, which flags clashes and block-outs. Hire can be paid online to your account.
MoreFeeds for your website
Put your events in Studio once and they show on your own website, styled to match, and keep themselves up to date.
MoreChoose what your region offers
Bookings, paid tickets, check-in, room hire, connections, reports and more can each be on or off for a region.

We can walk you through it in Studio and show how it would work for your region. Which features are on, and who pays for what if anyone, is set for each region.
