Running the region · Admins, Organisers
Moderation
Nothing appears on a region’s site without a check. New events from organisers wait for approval, the network team publishes or rejects them, and the organiser is told in Studio and by email. A rejected event can be fixed and sent back.
What you can do
New listings from organisers wait for approval before they go live. Organisers hear the decision either way.
- Hold new listings from organisers until they are approved
- Publish or reject each event, and edit any event in full
- Tell the organiser the outcome in Studio and by email
- Let organisers fix a rejected event and resubmit it
- Confirm or reject claims on venues and organisations
How it works
Moderation, step by step.
- Step 1
An organiser sends an event
It is saved and waits for approval.
- Step 2
It is reviewed
The event is checked, edited if needed, then published or rejected.
- Step 3
The organiser hears
A notification and an email say what happened.
