Claiming a venue or organisation
Many venues and organisers are listed before they sign up. If yours is, claim it rather than starting again. The network team checks each claim, so nobody can take over a listing just by typing its name.
What you can do
Already listed? Claim your venue or organisation. The network team confirms it before it changes hands.
- Claim a venue that is already listed, matched on its name and postcode
- Claim an organisation that nobody runs yet when you sign up
- See the claim as sent until it is confirmed
- Take over a listing the network team hands to you by invite
- Edit the name, address, logo, contact details and visitor info once it is yours

Find your listing
Add your venue or organisation in Studio. If it already exists, it becomes a claim.
- Step 2
Wait for a check
The network team confirms the claim, and you are told.
- Step 3
Make it yours
Update the details and invite your team.
