Organisations and teams
Events belong to an organisation, not to one person’s login. Invite your colleagues and everyone on the team can run your events, so nothing stalls when someone is away.
What you can do
An organisation profile with a team behind it. Everyone on the team can edit, export and decide requests.
- Keep a profile with your name, logo, description, website and social links
- Run several organisations and venues from one account
- Invite people by email as an owner, admin or editor
- Let the whole team edit, unpublish, export and decide booking requests
- Change roles or remove someone, with the last owner always kept

Set up your organisation
Add it when you sign up, or later from Studio.
- Step 2
Invite your team
Enter a colleague’s email and pick their role.
- Step 3
They accept
The invite appears in their Studio, and once accepted they can help run things.

Already listed? Claim your venue or organisation. The network team confirms it before it changes hands.
