Venue arrival guides
A venue page is an arrival guide, not just an address. It shows the entrance, where to park and for how long, the nearest stations and stops, how to find the room and what access there is, with a note of when the details were checked.
What you can do
A venue page that answers the questions guests ask on the way: which door, where to park, which station.
- Show an entrance photo with its label, and Directions to the door itself
- List each car park with spaces, cost, maximum stay, hours, EV charging and pre-booking
- Pin every station, bus stop, bike rack and drop-off point with walk times
- Explain how to find the room, with an optional floor plan
- Cover level access, accessible toilets, hearing loops, food, cloakroom and wifi
- Say when the details were checked and where they came from
