Templates and duplicating
Most events are a lot like the last one. Save an event’s format under a name and the next edition starts with everything filled in except the date, or simply duplicate an event you already have.
What you can do
Save an event as a template and start the next edition from it, or duplicate any event in one click.
- Save any event as a named template
- Start a new event from a template, with everything but the date filled in
- Duplicate any event in one click
- Keep templates for each format you run
How it works
Templates and duplicating, step by step.

From the event editor, give the format a name.
- Step 2
